Does Frontier only update there billing once a Month? I received my bill with some promotions that fell off and it was around $70.00 more than the prior month. I called Frontier and they gave me some new promotions and my bill would be about the same. They told me to pay this one in full and I would get credits on it the following month. In the past with other utility’s, the billing gets updated on line with the new balance due. I understand that the printed version doesn’t change but the balance due on the web site updates. I would prefer to pay what I owe and not be credited, but if Frontiers billing system doesn’t update till the next month I understand.
