I moved in Jan from one FiOS house to another. Because I kept service at old house I was not able to migrate any settings. I manually resetup the recordings on new DVR by searching
Recently I've noticed the series list has grown a lot. The types of series are the shows I actually watched on old DVR but some are so old they haven't been in guide for years.
As you know if the series doesn't exist in guide you can't add it.
The only way it could have happened is if some back end import of my old series list. Exactly what they said couldn't be done since the account was a new account rather than a move ...
There are also duplicates, the exact same series listed twice, which should be impossible.
Now as I try to clean up the series list, the list seems to have a life if it's own, I delete series recordings for series that have ended and they don't seem to go away ...
I think it's possessed ....
