At some point last Friday my upload started to give 1.5 - 5mbps. Download speed has been at normal full speed: High 70s to mid 80s. Prior to that, not counting the first month of transition, things internet wise were pretty good.
Talking with and speedtesting others on my street they're having the same issues! However, talking with and speed testing others who are less than a mile away from me but not on my street they're all getting full speeds up and down. A few of us have called Frontier to notify only to get the standard script of rebooting.., they claim to check the local status and see that nothing is reported as being broken or wrong. They schedule a ticket and tech to come out more than a week later to look.
It's becoming obvious to me there's some kind of hardware issue locally and not with our ONTs or Routers. How do we get the message cascaded to the local NOC techs to look into this issue when Frontier national support doesn't seem to recognize there's a problem. Are there any Frontier techs monitoring this forum? DM me for more local information if necessary.
This lack of upload is killing my work from home status.
