Hi Guys -
I just noticed an issue with MTV and my Apple TV. It asked me to log back in with my provider and after typing all the correct information it says "Subsciption Error - You do not have MTV in your Subsciption Package."
I can log into to all my other channels on the Apple TV and I can even watch MTV with my STB. I called Frontier and they told me that I DO have MTV in my subscription...
Any idea on how I can fix this? Can someone else try to login to the MTV App (on iPhone/iPad/Apple TV) and let me know if it works? Trying to determine if its a Frontier issue or MTV issue.
