Back in mid March placed an order with Verizon to replace a business DSL with FIOS. Crew came out and pulled fiber (underground) with construction from vault in street to where conduit enters building. Splicing crew came out March 29 but could not find where to splice to in the vault. Lead said the order being sent back to engineering to determine where to connect to. Have not heard anything since. About a week ago some one called my customer saying the order was being pushed and left a name and cell phone. I have tried calling that person 4 times and only get voice mail and never a return call.
Can any one help track down what is going on? I have a supposed Frontier order number.
