The construction crew just installed the underground conduit in the right-of-way today. Any guesses (or ways to find out actual dates) for the fiber to be pulled, equipment set, and residential install appointments to be accepted?

We are rural, in Wise County Tx, and have been stuck with fixed wireless for the last two years. My existing contract runs out in two months and the price will almost double unless I sign a new year contract...which I definitely do not want to due if we can get fiber in the next few months.
