FYI, per an email from Frontier today they are making changes to their billing system which may prevent viewing of one's Frontier bill on their bank's website between Sept 14 and Oct 31st:
Hi XXXX,
We're upgrading our billing system to make it even easier for you to manage your account, pay online and more. Unfortunately, this means from Sept 14 through Oct 31 you won't be able to view your Frontier bill from your bank's website. Also, if you set up your Frontier payments through your bank's auto pay, they won't process correctly.
We apologize for this inconvenience and expect everything to return to normal on November 1.
In the meantime, you have a couple of options:
• You can pay your bill by logging onto My Account or through our MyFrontier app.
• If you use your bank's auto pay, you can do nothing this month and let your auto pay process payments for both this month and next at the same time. Don't worry—your service won't be interrupted, and we won't charge you a late fee.
