We recently purchased a house in Westchase FL. Currently they have Frontier at the home but it is an older person that lives there so they don't know the service. Are their any issues with congestion or packet loss with Fontier's Fiber service? I was a legacy DSL customer in Wisconsin and went through many painful calls with Frontier till I met some great people here who helped me out.
Spectrum is the other option and they do have their stream app which is a nice bonus for $15. I can't find what Frontier charges after the 12 month promo of 39 + 10 + 4 per month.
Any input or insight would be greatly appreciated!
