Verizon originally installed on Ethernet. This was back before FiOS TV was a thing. Then I was switched to coax after I ordered TV service. I haven't had TV service in years now and would like to switch back to Ethernet.
What is the process to make that happen nowadays? I know in the past you could leverage the Direct forum for this.
