[FIOS] Ethernet Network Hit by Lightning - ONT Ethernet port 100Mbps

Hello everyone! A couple a months ago my house was struck by lightning which killed nearly all my network devices. I had a Ubiquiti EdgeRouter X and a 24-port gigabit switch. The switch was decimated and is now unusable and the EdgeRouter now only allows for 100Mbps negotiation on every port. I connect to my ONT via CAT6 as I used to have the 150Mbps plan with FiOS (I downgraded to 100Mbps a month before the Frontier switch). I remember my connection between my EdgeRouter and the ONT being gigabit, I mean how else would I have gotten the 150Mbps speeds? However, after my lightning debacle the ONT ethernet port only negotiates at 100Mbps. I've connected different unaffected routers to the line, my MacBook Pro directly, and my one AirPort Extreme. Every device only negotiates at 100Mbps now. I've noticed my speeds now never hit 100Mbps that my plan quotes. My download at max is usually 70Mbps (sometimes as low as 60), and my upload gets closest at 90Mbps. What I'm trying to figure out is, could this speed drop be due to the Frontier transition and the way they load balance and route data, or could it be due to the lightning dropping the ONT ethernet port to 100Mbps? 100Mbps negotiation is only theoretical for an ethernet line, so I doubt I would ever actually obtain 100Mbps via the Internet. Before the Frontier transition and the lightning (they happened pretty much around the same time, what a bad month), I had no problem hitting 100Mbps and even sometimes above. When I contacted Frontier about a month ago they said my connection out of my ONT should be 100Mbps, not 1000Mbps. I, of course, said it used to be 1000Mbps and explained the whole lightning story to the CSR. But he was having nothing of it and swore up and down the ONT's ethernet port is only 100Mbps. This couldn't possibly be true as I used to have the 150Mbps plan. My question to you lovely people is, should my ONT's ethernet port be negotiating at 1000Mbps? I have an I-211M-K. Also should I just live with this problem or should I get Frontier to replace the thing? I worry they'll introduce more problems, but I also hate the thought of not getting the speeds I'm paying for. Thanks all!
