I created a request in the Direct forum yesterday (Friday) afternoon - no response yet so decided to call Tech Support so I can cutover to ethernet this weekend. The guy had to check with 'someone' and then told me they had to send a tech out to make the switch. I told him otherwise but obviously he didn't know one way or the other. I'm going to wait and see what the Direct forum says although it looks like they don't respond to requests on weekends.
anyone else have this happen?
