Hi, everyone! Has anyone tried canceling their FIOS cable service, and tried to keep the DSL/Internet portion of their Frontier service? I've logged into the Frontier website, but there is no link to update the service online when I log into my Frontier account--only to pay my bill (of course).
I was eventually going to cancel my landline after I port it over to my Ooma account, but I want to see how this goes first. (So far everything is working...fingers crossed.) Based on some of the posts on this site, I'm hesitant of changing anything because I might lose my DSL connection.
Any suggestions or does have anyone have any experience with cancelling part of their service with Frontier in Southern California?
