Maybe I'm just late to the game, but I saw this:
https://frontier.com/helpcenter/Categories/internet/browsing-the-web/boingo-wireless-access
Anyone heard of this before? Sorry if I'm posting something very old.
Seems like you now have Boingo hotspot access if you're a FiOS or "high speed internet"(non-Vantage DSL) customer in CA,TX, FL or a Vantage Fiber/Internet(DSL)subscriber in other markets. Looks like those on DSL must be on a 1 Mbps and up package.
I remember reading those in CA,TX,FL had to purchase this separately originally?
The page seems like it was updated or created a week ago.
