What is the point of the Frontier Direct forum if they don't even LOOK at a post there?!?!?!? I posted yesterday morning at 7AM CT that I needed immediate assistance . . . so far, nobody has even LOOKED at that post and it has been almost 26 hours!!
Who do I need to kill to get some service from Frontier?!?!?!
