This might help a few of you with continuous issues with Frontier.
It's called the "last resort" save offer. Literally, to keep a "high value" customer from disconnecting service, once all other offers are exhausted, an agent can fill out a forum for this new offer. All it is, once approved, will place said customer on new customer pricing rather than allow them to disconnect service. Please don't abuse this, and don't ask for it by name... agents can only use it like 10 times per month.
