I'm a little late to this, because I didn't find out till today. I was on Frontier's site when I saw the banner, but there seems to be a MLB Network preview from the 6th to the 23rd of this month. It's already partially done, but there still seems to be some time left on the preview. Figured I would post for those interested and didn't know.
I never saw a message about it in my message center nor do I receive an email.
For FiOS, it's channel 86(SD) and 586(HD).
For Vantage, it's channel 634(SD, 634 HD only in non-CT markets) and 1634(HD, N/A in non-CT markets)
