Hello! I noticed something on my mother's bill about a year ago, she got charged for Frontier Secure $20.00 , I thought this was a mistake because the next bill didn't have a Frontier Secure charge, so I ignored it. But she got the new bill in the mail today and it has another $20 charge for Frontier Secure, a service she didn't not sign up for or ask for. I noticed she doesn't get charged for it monthly, it's pops up every 3-4 months. She is one of the 34,000 people in west Virginia that has her internet bill cut in half due to Frontier being sued. I'm starting to think that maybe Frontier is throwing these fraudulent Frontier Secure charges in there every few months to soften to blow of the lawsuit. Is this happening to anyone else? Frontier Secure is something that's charged monthly correct? Not something that's charged every 2-3 months? Has anyone else in the west Virginia area noticed this aswell? This seems illegal.. -shocker-
