The Frontier network here in Tampa has stopped communicating with BrightHouse again. I called and opened a ticket with Bighthouse, they reported their ticket queue exploded within the last hour. I am attempting to open the same ticket with Fronteir but guessing by the response I'm not going to get anywhere.
The helpful lady wants to send an onsite tech, even though I can demonstrate the problem at 3 sites separated by 10 miles, I'm still hopeful!
