So I made the mistake of making a change to my account by adding a cablecard and I now have no Internet or Phone service. TV works fine except the guide of course. I have unplugged everything (router, ONT, cable boxes) many times, renewed and released the DHCP lease on my router, etc. I have called in, chatted, used facebook, etc. A tech is scheduled for Thursday but I haven't heard of any techs actually showing up so I don't believe that they will.
Is there anything else I can do (besides go to another provider)? Thanks!
