Starting around 8:00pm tonight, I kept seeing intermittent bursts of packet loss causing game disconnects, streaming buffering, etc. Looks like it's a problem with the NJ router (ae0---0.cbr02.sccs.nj.frontiernet.net). Not in the screenshot but I also noticed occasional packet loss from my local exchange (32.221.232.1).
Any else experiencing this and have insight on what's going on? Hopefully it's not congestion.
Side note #1: it looks like the packet loss is easing as of 10:30pm.
Side note #2: if anyone is curious, 24.105.44.148 is an Overwatch game server. They always show up as unresponsive to prevent DDOSing.
