Block of static ips: can multiple hosts communicate with ONT?

I have 5 static IPs with frontier fiber. It looks like my ONT will only communicate with a single MAC address. IE a single host. I imagine they could just reconfigure the ONT, or their gateway to communicate with multiple MAC addresses on the ethernet side, but is this something Frontier is able or willing to do? EDIT: I did find a document on the ont that I have, nokia xs-010x-q, indicating that it supports up to 5 mac addresses.
