[FiberOptic] Wish Frontier would correct their Database of avalible Fiber Areas

I live in South Eastern Connecticut and had an Install scheduled for Frontier Fiber for last week as the website said it's available and allowed me to schedule an install. Tech comes and to make a long story short says he can't do it yet it's not lit up, he has no time table for me, could be a few days could be a month and I will get a reschedule notice when it's available. Monday get a text saying I was rescheduled for Tuesday which I moved to today. Get a text this AM Confirming a technician has been assigned to me and then nothing all day... No Phone Call, TEXT, EMAIL NOTHING! Not a good first impression for a second chance I was giving Frontier for I dropped them a few years ago for garbage like this. What I think happened was it got assigned to same TECH who probably did not close last week's order out properly and he knew or discovered it was not ready yet and just said "NOT GOING BACK THERE" Frontier should at least not list my street and others around me as having Fiber available because going to look bad if a lot of people have the same thing happen, especially since Frontier is trying to improve their reputation. Needed to vent
