Hey everyone,
I recently bought a smartphone (Samsung Galaxy A52 5G). So far, the phone has worked flawlessly with the wireless, until today.
A friend of mine told me about What'sApp and said voice/video calls would be free if I had wireless (The smartphone is set to use mobile data if the wireless fails). I said I would try it.
At first, everything seemed fine: I accepted the call, gave permission for the app to use the phone's mic, the app said it was connecting, but the voice call failed. I called them right back using the app. Same thing: Cal failed, but the phone said the wireless network was blocking the app.
What do I need to do on my end within the modem's wireless settings to unblock/allow the app so it will work as it should? I have no idea where to start.
Any insight/advice would be appreciated. Thanks! :)
