Okay, so I have a couple questions regarding this. First, in mid 2019, I did the speed jump deal from 75 mbps to 200 mbps for I believe it was 10 or 20 extra dollars per month. Then in early 2020, I did the 10 dollar upgrade to 500 by calling the 888 Florida number listed on this forum. I’m considering upgrading to gigabit now. Here are my questions.
How much does it cost to go from 500 to a gig? What number should I call to get the best deal?
Will it be clunky because on my bill it says I still have 200/200 internet but then there’s the 10 dollar charge for “upgrade internet to 500/500”?
Will they have to do a truck roll? I literally just moved into a new house recently and believe I have one of the newer grey ONTs (I moved in June of 2021)? Edit: I just remembered when I first moved in from my last place, I was actually misprovisioned for a couple of weeks so I got 940/500 until they fixed it so i know my network can handle it)
