Frontier has been my provider for about ten years and in that time the internet and phone has gone out many, many times and often for long periods.
My address is at the end of an old POTS line in a rural area about two miles from the CO. Cellular signal is present but weak and often not usable. I'm in southern Ohio.
Is there a law that says that internet service (and by extension phone service) must have a reasonable amount of uptime? Given that my security system and potentially 911 calls rely on Frontier, do I have any recourse to attempt to rectify this chronic issue?
