I am currently on 50/50 plan since like 5 years ago..started with $34.99 price and now out of contract for last 3 years paying $55.99.
How do I go about getting them to give me the $49.99 500/500 service without being a new customer? Spectrum is offering $44.99 for 400 Mbps service in my area for new customers. Should I call or chat with them and mention the Spectrum offer and see what sort of deal they can give me? Anyone recently been able to get a good deal while not being a new customer?
