So I have had the Frontier bonded DSL for nearly a year now and have been having this same issue from the beginning. The speed is the 24 Mbps package and ever since signing up my internet was disconnecting anywhere from every 5 minutes to once or twice per hour if I was lucky. I finally discovered the SN ratio on one of the two lines is very low so I found that if I unplug that specific line the disconnects stop but then of course I am getting half the speed. I have contacted support numerous times but of course they have been less than helpful telling me they ran a line test and everything is fine. I basically have two questions. First if one of the two lines disconnects randomly why do I lose complete connectivity for several seconds? Second how do I get better SN on the one line and get Frontier to take notice that I have an issue that needs fixed?
