I'm on the 75/75 plan. Recently my upload dropped to .02mpbs and is stuck there no matter what computer I try it on. I got the new Arris NVG468MQ today from the tech. He ran the speed test from inside the router and up is about 65. Every single online speed test shows an upload of 11.2 then drops to .02 and he told me that is good. That is not good! I work from home. Has anybody had this issue and possibly know exactly what to tell them? They are coming out to swap the ONT Friday though, mine is over 10 years old and shows Verizon on it. This all happens with a wired connection.
