All of our Frontier fiber (prior FIOS) services went down after an area power outage today with what looks like an ONT/power supply issue. I can reset the ONT by removing line and battery power, but the ONT goes down within 2-3 minutes after coming up. And here's the kicker: tech support says their trouble ticket and troubleshooting system has been down all weekend so they can't even remotely troubleshoot or generate repair ticket. Yikes! HELP!!!
