[Vantage] NID Test

I decided to test my modem at the NID to see why my internet disconnects 20+ times a week. Prior to testing my modem had very low SNR and high Attenuation / CRC Errors. After testing the modem and my phone at the NID my broadband 2 light is now flashing red. I still have internet connection. Anyone might know what may have caused this? I did it previously without issue. Could the data cable going into the modem cause the broadband 2 to flash red and still allow internet access? Is broadband 2 the bottom tab? I've confirmed the tabs are shut and have reset my modem.
