Replacing ONT question

Hi - I am currently a Frontier Fios customer in the SoCal area. I recently closed on a house and will be moving my service there. Little back note, this entire area (including where I will be moving) was previously Verizon Fios before Frontier bought it ~10years ago, maybe more? Anyways, the home I'm moving to has an indoor ONT from the looks of it. Little box on the edge of a floor molding that requires power to the wall, and has a Verizon fios logo on it. My current setup is in an apartment so I have a very new-ish ONT that is a strictly indoor ONT made for MDU's I believe. My question here is that when I request to move service, what are the odds that I can have the fiber run to a different area of the house AND have the ONT replaced? I want to ensure I can run everything into a networking closet I will be creating, along with the Patch Panel close by so that I can run Cat6 throughout the home. Will the Tech just look and see that there is an existing ONT and not really want to change the location? or is it a pretty common ask to move the ONT/Fiber run into the home? -- I will be transferring a gigabit service, so hoping they're more likely to help since its not a 50/50 or 150/150 package.
