The cruddy way Frontier treats its customers.

We have been loyal customers since approximately 1998. Started off with their phone service and in 2007 DSL was first installed. We was one of the first customers to install DSL in this area and we were happy. However, 2011-2013 is when we started seeing drops,speed decrease and high latency. Still latency was around 200 and I'm fine with 200 at all hours if no drops. The big bad happened somewhere in 2015. We decided well its Frontier, they always been good to us and been with them for along time - they will make this right. Enter 2016, called them asking what was the deal and if a upgrade was possible. Frontier stated at the end of 2016 this area would be upgraded. The next year we call in and asked if Frontier is still planning on upgrading and response was at the end of 2017. This time we called Frontier, talked to their local techs and 2018 was going to be the magic year! Nope. In the year 2019, speeds took a hard dive and internet is practically trash at this point and we continued to call in and speak with local techs. Local tech said 88 people is congested on a 22 person only T1 box. 100% will be upgraded in 2019 but did tell us to call the presidents office and we did (talked to a staffer). This year is providing to be the WORST experience I've had. It takes 4 hours to download a 40mb file. Yeah OK. My neighbors experience the same. Stay away from this company - they don't care and are here to milk you.
