[FIOS] [FIOS] Consistent packet loss problem in WA over past couple weeks

Hey folks, I'm in the 98021 area and on the 100/100 plan. I have Ethernet all the way from the ONT to my Netgear XR500 router. Over the past couple of weeks, I started noticing high network latency and it's gotten particularly worse over this past week. I really felt this when playing the Path of Exile game which can be rather sensitive to latency fluctuations. So I pulled out PingPlotter and below are a couple screenshots of various routes. Couple of observations: 1. The twitch.tv plot is really weird. That first hop through my router always has ~50% packet loss. I'd reset and restart the plot multiple times and the same pattern happens. FWIW, it could just be my router's QoS functionality kicking in. At the time of collecting the trace, I do have an active Twitch stream going over wi-fi with no visual artifacts so perhaps this is the router's QoS functionality at work. 2. As you can see, packet loss at every hop with every route, excluding first hop. Is anybody else around the area is experiencing anything like this? Can I chalk this up to the ongoing Frontier->Ziply switchover? Or should I start tearing my house apart to root cause the problem? :( Thanks for any insights!
