I signed back up with Frontier (leaving Grande Communications) for the 500/500 deal, along with the Amazon Prime and Gift card promo. I got the gift card, but the amazon prime code never showed up. I went through the social media team, and they tried to help me out, but admitted there was an issue on their side, but no way to resolve it. So I escalated to the office of the president, got a response, then they went silent over the Christmas/New Year holiday. Anyone have this issue by chance get it resolved?
