[DSL] Anyway the WIND blows. Please help

I have tried for almost 2 months to get Frontier to fix this issue with ZERO help. I have contacted support several times with this issues. Numerous times on the phone with support it's impossible to understand them unless you know several other languages. So frustrating. Here's the problem: Anytime the wind blows my connection drops out every 2 minutes. Seriously anytime the wind blow more than 5 mph I start losing connection. I could so a video about it, but I have other things in my life that are more important. Like listening to my wife and kids scream every time the connection drops when the wind is blowing. A tech has come out once 2 weeks ago. Of course the wind wasn't blowing when he showed up and I told him the problem, he just looked at me with a blank stare on his face and said "Well, not much I can do about that." I explained this to support after being on hold for 40 more minutes, and they react about the same way. It's the viscous Frontier circle. Trust me if I had any other way to receive internet at my location I would in a second. I'm less than a mile from cable. I've written my local county commissioners to no avail for years trying to get cable. I'm only 7 miles from the center of the largest city in Western NC and can't get decent reliable internet connection in the year 2019 almost 2020. Anyone know any secrets to getting help from Frontier ? I've tried numerous email addresses at Frontier but they are all returned via the server saying rejected, unknown address. Of course all the email addresses on their web site lead to everyone that's left the company. I pay $50 a month for DSL only no phone - 3 megs down 750 up on a good day if the wind isn't blowing. How pathetic is it that this company can't fix a break in a barbwire fence so I can't at least keep a connection up for more than 2 minutes when the wind is blowing. Any suggestions. I'm at the end of my rope, and hanging on by a thread if the wind isn't blowing. Thanks for listening. The wind is suppose to be blowing again tonight at midnight. So I'll be waiting in the black hole until it stops.
