New Greenwave FIOS-G1100 router configuring for PLEX

My PC: home-built i7- 8700K W10 Pro v1909 (the new Windows update has caused problems) I just installed a new(ish) Greenwave G1100 router from Frontier and now my PLEX cant get out. It doesnt help that PLEX just pushed out a major update, as my PLEX was working outside my network just fine after installing the router and creating a port forward rule. I wake up today with new PLEX features on my television but I notice on my computer the PLEX service cant get outside my network. UGH! A thousand time UGH! Im pathetic at networking and to tell you the truth I found someone with the same problem and they posted a screenshot and I just followed their directions. Its how I got it working yesterday. I created a rule to port to 32400 or at least I think I did. There are currently only 2 rules listed in the routers port-forward screen 1. Local Host 127.0.0.1 Frontier FIOS Service TCP Any to 4567 2. 192.168.1.235 Destination Ports 32400 TCP Any to 32400 I dont know if this is even correct. I think it has something to do with not having a static IP address because Frontier uses Dynamic IP addresses? Or something like that. Does this ring a bell? I originally set this up years ago and so all the reseach I did then has left my brain. Sorry for being so lame but Im old and broken down, so please help.
