Hello, I've been trying to have frontier fiber internet installed in my apartment in downtown Long Beach, CA for a few years but it always shows unavailable except for DSL and Phone. I recently found put that my neighbors have Frontier fios but I don't, and we seem to share the same line in the alley (different building). I have tried calling customer support with no luck. Is there anything else I can try to get the necessary equipment setup in my building (two story) to get a fiber line setup here? I'm sure a lot of people would swap isps in the building if it was.
