I signed up for 500/500 fiber a few weeks ago. It was installed but I immediately noticed my upload speeds were capped at 100. This was confirmed when I received a letter in the mail and e-mail from Frontier saying my download speed was provisioned as 500 and my upload speed was provisioned as 100. I spent 4 hours on the phone with them the other day, was transferred about a dozen times between customer service and technical support, but not a single person was able to help, provide any insight or direct me to the right department.
Is this a normal practice? If you go to their disclosure website, https://frontier.com/shop/internet/bbdisclosure and put my zipcode in (14559) and select the "SP Simply Frontier Fiber 500/500" their metrics say I could be getting up to 119% of the advertised upload speed (500 Mbps)
