Possible Fiber in Torrington, CT?

Hello all, was wondering if Frontier is possibly putting Fiber into Torrington, CT? I saw trucks on Migeon Ave in Torrington yesterday with spools of wire, I only saw it briefly so I couldn't tell if it was fiber line or just plain coax. Current download speeds are like 25 mb/s max, so if they went to fiber it would be great and i could get rid of Optimum. Any info would be appreciated! Thanks, Kev
