[FIOS] What's the Secret Handshake for Retention Department?

My $54.99 for 100/100 promo deal is expiring, with price going up to $70. New users get $39.99 for 200/200. I know the promo game, but loyal subscribers paying 75% more for half the speed is a punch in the face. Called in to play the game, hoping to get someone in retention. Told her Charter offered 100 Mbps for $44.95. Her response was immediate, almost joyful: "No problem, I'll be happy to cancel your service. What day would you like to make that effective?" Wow. Fortunately I'm still a couple weeks out from the price hike. So I told her if I cancelled today I'd be without internet, so I'll set up an installation with the cable company and call back. She repeated her offer to cancel right now. Dang!! Do they get paid a bonus for every account cancelled? So what's the secret handshake to get transferred to the retention department? I really want to talk to someone who can offer anything OTHER THAN a rate increase? I was really hoping to speak with an empowered retention specialist, but this Terminator of a rep was not a bit interested in retaining an account.
