As a result of the searches I've done, I'm pretty sure the answer is "no".
Unlike my MI424WR, this new router has no user-accessible configuration (that I can find) to change the default IP from 192.168.1.1 to one of my choosing. I've no STBs or other Verizon/Frontier devices that may "break" by re-configuring. The search results I've found end up going off on tangents about DHCP and secondary routers.
