Is there anyone from Frontier that knows something we dont?

I posted in the Frontier Direct forum and someone from the social media team contacted me and told me there is currently no plan to upgrade my area to support 1G plans. However, as of currently, I can still ask to upgrade to the 1G plan, and Frontier would allow it (I'm already on the plan, my neighbor has 500 right now and he's calling in to check for me). It's a bit silly to me that a company has no plans to support their most expensive plan (for residential) but yet continue to allow customers to upgrade to it. I know there are a few good souls here from Frontier, so does any of you know, internally, if there will ever be any plans to upgrade certain areas to support 1G? (CA, Long Beach, Lakewood etc). Is there a certain threshold of people that Frontier need to have in that area to be able to do the upgrade? I was happy to stay on the 1G plan and wait until Frontier upgrades, but after hearing that they don't even plan on upgrading in the near future, and with my speed dropping lower and lower every day, it's hard to be a loyal customer. I keep doing my speedtest every day and I started at 800, and now I'm hitting 500 consistently even during hours that are not as busy.
