I am currently on the 1G plan, which was supposedly not available in my area. After calling in and reset/changing the provisioning server, I was able to get my speed to 700~ download and 920 upload, sometimes even 990 upload.
My download seems to hit a cap around 750 depending on the speedtest server, website etc. When I called in for support, they said 1G is not available in my area, yet I'm "almost" getting 1G speed, just the download is lacking and my account is being charged for 1G... ($200 + tax).
Has anyone experience this before and how did you get them to fix it?
