Frontier's reputation could easily be fixed...

1. Customer Service - This is an issue at most companies, but it is not a new concept. Hire some management consultants and fix this. Customer service is the face of the company. 2. Billing - I don't understand why it is impossible for Frontier to do billing without issues. They need to move to a less complex system. No more complicated billing codes--this isn't a hospital! It should be straightforward/simple. Simple is better! Imagine how much money they would SAVE if they had 10 possible combinations MAX and pricing was consistent across the board (regardless of market, regardless of new customer or old customer). 3. Gigabit - In many markets, they have the ability to offer gigabit speeds... they just aren't! Why not use this as a HUGE competitive advantage and tout themselves as the only ISP to offer gigabit. They are incredibly stupid for not doing this. Even when everyone else has gigabit speeds in the future, they would be remembered as the first to offer it. The solution seems so simple. If I were to include a 4th option, it would of course be standardizing technologies across all markets, but this would be a huge endeavor.
