How long after leaving Fr does it take to become a new customer again?
I started another thread titled "Bye Bye Frontier" and I was looking forward to changing over to Spectrum. In a nutshell, while the physical installation of the S equipment went well, I ended up having some major problems that necessitated 3 separate calls to Tech Support. I literally wasted ALL DAY between the install and the Tech Support calls.
So now while the Internet and phone service is OK, the DVR is one of the worst DVR's I have ever used! First off there is no Skip Forward 30 seconds even though there is a skip back of about 10 seconds. It turns out that most (or all) Spectrum DVRs do NOT have Skip Forward. Plus overall its just a very awkward interface. So I may only be able to put up wit it for a couple of months and I may seriously consider jumping back to Fr!!!
