Well I should have left well enough alone but I recently inquired about new promotions. The rep offered me a deal that sounded too good to be true 14.99 for a 2 year long customer retention promotion. I thought well since I'm starting a new job why not? Anyway since the order was completed I've had nothing but problems I even reset my MI424WR and ONT and it's still acting up. So earlier I had them back out of the order and put it back like it was before and it's still not acting right. So I got a tech on the phone and he said it's probably just coincidental this happened at the same time I upgraded the speed and that I should get my modem/router replaced with a new one. So then he transferred me to customer service and I was on hold forever and then disconnected because they were then closed at that point. I'm so frustrated I want to love my FiOS connection but then frustrating runarounds like this make me want to smash it all up with a hammer! Comcast is so much more responsive and they do things correctly but I need the symmetrical speed only fios can bring!
