See attached. I just got off tech support chat and they said they'd have to send me another DVR.
However, everything was working on my DVR except I could not download the Netflix widget, which prompted me to try cold booting the main box.
I tried all of the options on the screen before contacting frontier, even rebooting the ONT. I have a hard time believing a cold boot bricked this device.
The other image is my device version info so I know I was on an older firmware.
