Got home from work, attempted to access web via DSL and... nothing.
Did the customary power-cycle, etc., etc., before calling Frontier tech support. Waited on hold for about 10 minutes, finally got through to a human.
The rep told me all of Frontier's network in WV was down, but would be fixed by the morning of May 19th. Engineers had not put out a reason for the outage, so the tech rep had no further information.
