Well my fios had been rock solid and then last week went completely down three different times 10+ hours and I got a whole range of answers from tech support what problem was. So I entered a dispatch for tech to come and the problem cleared up so I called a few days ago to cancel the dispatch. So today local tech calls to come over and I wasn't even home. Well I thought I had cancelled. So on the phone with him I told him how sorry I was for him working for them and how numkskull tech and customer service is through them. Anyway the actual problem he said was some fios line cards went out last week and that it had been fixed on their end and he seemed why didn't the techs on the phone know that? And he said if i ever have problems again forget the customer service number call him direct on his cell phone! How sad that things are this bad with this company.
