I actually had a quick resolution to a phone request yesterday during my first interaction with Frontier. Took advantage of the $299 TiVO Bolt Lifetime upgrade recently and I just needed to re-pair my cablecard to the new unit. From call to resolution it was less than three minutes. I don't have any premium channels but wanted to be able to take advantage of preview weekends. I didn't wish to push my luck with any new pricing since I'm out of contract, plus I was speaking with tech support.
